Downloading on a Windows device?

You need to have an appropriate pdf program (adobe etc) installed on your device.

1. Once you have made your purchase the screen will show “download your digital pattern here” and a link/s to the pattern/s bought.
2. Click the pattern link and a dropdown box will appear top right, the pattern will be there and an 'open file' link. Click on that and the pattern will open. You can then save the pattern to the folder of your choice. (depending on your browser settings).
3. The download link is also sent in an email.
4. The pattern will automatically be saved in your device’s 'downloads' so if you did lose it it will be there. (there is a limited amount of downloads allowed)

 

Downloading on an Apple device?

1. Once you have made your purchase the screen will show “download your digital pattern here” and a link/s to the pattern/s bought.
2. Click the pattern link and a second download button will appear asking if you want to download the document or cancel.
3. Choose ‘download’ it will be downloaded into your ‘Files’ or 'ibooks' app.
4. You will also see a small circle with an arrow in it at the top right of your screen.
5. Click this and it will show you the last downloads (your pattern should be there).
6. Click on the one you want to view and it will take you to that document.

You can also find the "Files" app by looking for the app on one of your pages or by swiping down from halfway down on your home screen and writing ‘Files’ or ‘Downloads’ then clicking on the app. This will also take you to the document.
